I am not sure I follow your response the same information in that record pasted is contains the information I configure in the Admin Console for that user.
I am not sure what you mean when you say it my record show I don't have it configured. What am I missing to complete the configuration. This profile is connecting and attempting to download and import any media I add tot the folder. My issue is the attempts fail and the media is never imported.
