Hi,
When you upgrade, you need to run the php $BASE_DIR/app/deployment/uiconf/deploy_v2.php which runs as part of the kaltura-front-config.sh or as part of /var/lib/dpkg/info/kaltura-front.postint if you're on Debian.
After any upgrade, it is recommended you follow:

The processes was tested on Debian 8 and Ubuntu 14.04 but is expected to work on other versions. If you tried a deb based distro and failed, please report it.

In addition, if you already have an existing player, you need to go to KMC->studio and upgrade so that it uses the latest HTML5lib ver. Otherwise, only newly created players will take the new version.
