Please edit /opt/kaltura/app/configurations/local.ini and comment out:
;partner_otp_internal_ips
;otp_required_partners[]Then reload Apache and input only your username [email] and passwd as you set during the installation, leaving Authenticator Code empty.
You should be able to login then.
