Help! Cannot record get Connection Error

I'm trying to record from webcam using the embedded Kaltura in my college's Moodle's online learning.
I click on Add New Webcam Recording. After that a "Record from Webcam" browser screen pops up. I can see myself in it live, but it's displaying "! Connection Error" across the middle of the screen.
I've tried this from different browsers on Windows & Mac (Internet Explorer, Chrome & Safari) with latest Adobe Flash installed, with the same error.
When I right click on the screen, I get Krecord v1.6.2, Adobe Flash Settings, which are set to Allow for video, microphone, & Privacy.
