Cannot access the Studio Tab of a CE server behind a Nginx reverse proxy

Recently, I changed my deployment of my CE server behind a Nginx reverse proxy. After that change, I cannot access the players list tab. The progress circle indicator always gets round and round, but no interface appears up.
