Can not play content in the chrome

The link you referenced cannot be used independently. I’m getting “access denied” when I load it.
That said, I did notice you’re using a rather old version of the player [2.50]. I suggest you upgrade to the latest [v2.69.5] and retest. You can upgrade the version for this player by going to KMC->Studio, inputting the UI conf ID for it [39668901] in the search box and then clicking on “update”.
If, after doing so, the problem persist, please open a ticket with our support team.
