I wonder if some one has a possible solution for this issue
We have installed a fresh Kaltura CE on a different server and we had no trouble with the DropFolder ingestion.
We have compared all databases involved (as far as we know) and there are no great differences. We have changed some fields to the values on the fresh install but we had the same problem.
It is not possible to access the service dropfolder_dropfolderfile->updateStatus
Any clues that someone else could give us will be highly appreciated.
