Unable to play video in Chrome

Attempting to view a Kaltura media mashup through Blackboard in Chrome and receive the following error "The server unexpectedly closed the connection" The same error appears when selecting Kaltua from the VTBE Kaltura mashup. The error only occurs on one computer. I have tested with the same version of Chrome on another computer and it works (48.0.2564.116 m). I also reset to default, uninstalled and reinstalled, and compared all settings on the browsers of the two computers. Both computers are Windows one is 7 the other is 10
On the computer Chrome does not work on FF and IE work.
